The Help has been one of the better movies I have seen in a while and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

In the movie, a young journalist named Skeeter sets off to write a book from the perspective of  “the help”.  To add to the possible drama that this entails, the movie is also set during the controversial period of the civil rights movement.

This movie is filled with great characters such as the sassy maid Minny, the calm and collective Aibileen, to the racist Hilly. The writing, acting and cinematography were all well put together to make an enjoyable yet taught provoking movie that any well minded movie goer will enjoy.
